Edward Bess can offer either an exchange or refund on unopened and unused items providing that goods are returned to us within 30 calendar days with proof of purchase (receipt or invoice). You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges. Please retain your shipping receipt until you are certain your return has been received by Edward Bess Customer Service. We may need this if we fail to receive your package. Please keep a copy of your return receipt.
